I’m a therapist with over 20 years of meditation practice and a deep fascination with human growth. I specialize in supporting young adults managing anxiety, ADHD, and major life transitions. My training spans mindfulness-based therapies, psychedelic-assisted work, neuroscience, and somatic awareness — all woven together to create a grounded, transformational approach.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a late fee. This allows me to offer the slot to someone else in need of support.
